Our goal is to become a force in the market place, so that carriers want to add our owners to their distribution channel. Based on our projection of 100 new owners in the next 48 months, that will happen.
We view each owner as an independent business person with very different strengths and weaknesses, and we seek to aid them in growing their markets. We envision each one of our member owners developing their marketing area to the extent that customers become clients, and every avenue that brings people into the agency is explored for potential. From a mortgage loan specialist to advanced estate planning, from basic insurance to electronic tax filings, we want our owners to build a presence in their community and create the kind of marketing that takes on a life of its own.
We will be a distribution channel that does in excess of $25,000,000 in new premiums each year and renewal premium of over 4 times that. We will command the best from our owners, remove carriers that do not act responsibly to their clients, and select only the best products on the market to offer.
Imagine you as an owner waking up in the year 2010 and being part of a distribution channel that has more than 100 outlets, a hundred million or two of “buying power”, a product selection of 25 carriers for your P&C clients, and company wholesalers treating you like royalty. The highest payouts possible are not based on your production, but based on the buying power of the enterprise. That is our goal. Volume brings that to all its members, not the corporation.
It all starts with the individual owners. Our goal for them is simple: create a positive and productive environment, help brand their agency in their marketplace, develop opportunities to create favorable customer contacts, equip them with the most competitive products and systems, and help them grow. Watch them flourish, and help them transfer their hard work into early retirements, legacy agencies, or what ever they wish.
