Once we have the completed application returned to us, we will enter what we call Business Negotiation phase. Changes and adjustments to our standard member agreement may need to be made and we will decide together if our relationship stands a chance. Unless all the lights are on green, we don’t go anywhere. We would rather be thought of as thoughtful, than create failure we could have prevented.
For now the fees are minimal and not profit based, but cost based. Give us a call and we can discuss it.
